Here are our lot prices and availability status as of June 25, 2010.  These supersede previous price / availability information.

The lot prices shown are for a fully developed (streets and utilities) lot on the dedicated road or a private drive off the dedicated road.  A minimum amount of tree clearing has been provided for a basic home pad and a driveway.  The leach field area is not cleared.  Depending on the footprint of your home, your builder will have to do a bit of additional clearing to suit your custom home.   We provide utility service stubs to just outside the dedicated right of way (ROW) plus the stone base/asphalt top for the shared portion of the drives (to the point where the individual drives begin) for lots R9-10, and 11-12-13.  Services from these stubs and the individual home driveway up to your home from the dedicated road or the common, shared drives are your homebuilder's responsibility.

The utilities available are underground electric, telephone, cable, and MCWA water.   Most buyers are choosing the very reliable underground propane for a heating fuel source, with oil and electric (heat pumps) being available alternates.
